Having begun my professional journey in dentistry, it was my deep-rooted passion for nutrition and mental health that led me to transition into this field. Over the years, I’ve been grateful to support and witness the transformation of over 600 clients on their journey toward better health , focusing on weight loss, weight management, treating lifestyle disorders & improve mental health.
My approach goes far beyond standard diet plans. Each of my programs is rooted in the principles of holistic well-being designed not only to support nutritional needs, but also to nurture physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
